More Information
A custom template would be something that did not Exist in Method out-of-the-box. For example a Shipping Notice to your customers that is sent from a custom app. A Built-In template example is an Estimate Notification. With Ready-To-Rock Email Templates, we use the existing merge fields (such as Estimate.Customer)
Both of these types have the same pricing, but custom templates will require you to forward your existing template so we can utilize the same fields that you already set up.
